Ultra-sleek minimalist bathroom for dream home in Preston

The Vision

When the Bond family decided to build their new detached dream home in Preston, they envisioned an ultra-modern German-style bathroom. The clean, sleek, and hotel look of the style appealed to them, and would fit perfectly within their home’s overall aesthetic.

Project Brief

When searching for the right bathroom designer to bring their dream bathroom to life, the Bonds knew they needed a professional design company that was familiar with the new-build process.

Working with the architect, the design company would then be able to come up with room size and help with the layout as the building’s plans were finalised. This proved to be a key factor in choosing us here at NPM Bathrooms, as our designers have extensive experience working on similar projects. Over the course of the project, our designer Scott, met multiple times with the family, the architect, site managers, and builders, as we carefully moulded the bathroom to fit the customers’ vision.

Thanks to our years of experience and connections in the industry, we also had the huge variety of top-quality German furniture and a selection of British fittings and fixtures that the customer wanted to complete their dream bathroom.

Innovative Features

The end result is a dream bathroom which blends the sleek and minimalist style with stunning feature pieces.

The most noticeable of these is the large, striking mirror which incorporates a flyover and integrated lighting, cutting through the dark Dune tiles across one wall. Under the mirror sits both a curved Pelipal furniture, and a concealed cistern with hidden pipework.

On the other side of the bathroom is an ultra-modern walk-in shower with clear divider. The room is finished with wooden bathroom doors, MyStyle accessories and Giavani brassware throughout.

We were delighted to help the Bond family realise and then build a luxury hotel bathroom to fit with the aesthetic and style of their dream house.
